Burnside Hospital Uniform Returns Policy

Returns Accepted Only for Faulty or Incorrectly Supplied Garments

Conditions of Return for Incorrectly Supplied Goods:

• Returns must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of delivery.
• Goods must be in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and free of pet hair.
• Returned items must be sent within 14 days of receipt of the Return Confirmation email.
• Appropriate packaging must be used to minimize damage to items during shipping.
• The customer is liable and responsible for the items until they are received by Designs To You.
• Designs To You will provide the Client with a postage method free of charge to return the incorrect Goods and will replace the Goods with the correct ones.
• Goods that do not meet these conditions will be rejected and will not be credited, refunded, or returned to the client.

Conditions of Return for Faulty Goods:

• If an item is identified as faulty or damaged, the Client must advise Designs To You within 30 days from receipt of delivery and provide relevant information. Designs To You may also request photos for assessment.
• Designs To You will provide the Client with a postage method free of charge to return the Faulty Goods. Faulty Goods don’t have to be returned in their original packaging but must be packaged appropriately to avoid further damage during the return shipping process.
• Faulty Goods will be inspected and assessed by Designs To You to determine if they are eligible for replacement, repair, refund, or credit. Faulty Goods claims that are deemed illegitimate will be rejected. Causes for rejection of Faulty Goods include items that are intentionally damaged or unintentionally damaged due to incorrect laundering, drying, ironing, or bleaching.
• For faulty Goods older than 30 days, the Client can still contact Designs To You as the item may still be entitled to a replacement (where available), repair, refund, or credit.

Returned Goods that are damaged:

• The Client is liable for the Goods until they are received by Designs To You. It is highly recommended that the Goods are packaged appropriately to avoid damage during shipping.
• Items that have been returned to Designs To You in a damaged state due to inappropriate or insufficient packaging will be rejected.
